eef barzelay is the front man (singer, guitarist and songwriter) of the indie rock / alternative country band called clem snide.
the album 'bitter honey' is his first solo work which was released on feb 21, 2006 by spinART records

"I've got more people who pretend to be my friends, and I have a 2% ego increase everyday. Other than that, life hasn't changed at all.", stated Jim Noir after having signed to My Dad Recordings in 2003
Jim Noir is the UK chap from Manchester who makes creative, happy, quirky tunes with doodoodoo-hummings and easy playful lyrics.
i would highly recommend Jim to any lo-fi/chamber pop/indie pop/twee lovers! whenever i listen to his songs, i'd feel all happy 
oh! not to mention only this acclaimed debut album, all of his ep's are all quality!
